1 cup low fat Cottage Cheese
5 Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb Wedges
Fresh (or dried) Chives
Fresh or Powdered Garlic (to taste)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Blend cottage cheese, Laughing Cow, salt, pepper and garlic in a food processor until smooth.
Stir in chives.
Refrigerate for 2 hrs.
Serve with apple slices, celery sticks, bell pepper strips, etc...
