Nutty Nuggets (prize winning recipe)


Crunchy, sweet, nutty, satisfying!

1/2 cup butter (1 stick) softened
4 Tbs Splenda
1/3 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup nuts, finely chopped (pecan, walnuts, almonds, macadamia, hazelnuts, etc..)

Cream butter and Splenda.
Add other ingredients and stir.
Chill for one hour.
Make into "nuggets" the size of a small walnut.
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes at 300F.

Let cool and roll in powdered* Splenda

* Powdered Splenda - whirl a few tablespoons Splenda in your food processor or coffee/spice grinder
