Sugar Free Cocoa Mix


There is no need to buy those little packets with the Swiss girl on the front when you can make your own that is cheaper and tastier

Makes approx. 20 cups

4 cups dry milk
2 cups splenda granular (adjust to your taste)
1 cup unsweetened Dutch Process cocoa
1/2 teaspoon table salt

Whiz all ingredients in a food processor to mix thoroughly. Store in an airtight container.

For hot chocolate use 1/4 cup mix and 6-8 oz boiling water
For a mocha treat use 1/4 cup mix and 6-8 oz strong hot coffee

Cook's Note: Makes an excellent gift in a decorated jar and putting a 1/4 cup protein scoop inside is a great way to get rid of all those extra scoops!
